1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and play of Happy Horse (the “Game”), operated by xiaoyisoft (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, playing, or otherwise using the Game, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or have the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian, to play. Accounts are created automatically as guest accounts tied to your device or browser. You are responsible for activity on your account and for not sharing your credentials. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact us immediately.
3. Virtual items and purchases
- The Game may include optional in-game purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the platform you play on; its payment terms also apply.
- Virtual items, currency and subscriptions are a limited, personal, revocable licence — they are not property, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred outside the Game.
- Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or platform policy.
- We may adjust, balance or retire virtual items and game features as part of operating the Game.
4. Rules of play
When playing you agree NOT to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, mods or unauthorised third-party tools;
- attempt to purchase or obtain paid items without valid payment, or interfere with payment or receipt validation;
- harass other players or use the Game to send spam or unlawful content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Game’s code, assets or protocols, except as permitted by law;
- resell, lease or commercially exploit access to the Game.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and may revoke items obtained through cheating or unpaid “purchases”.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, including its software, art, audio, text and trademarks (“Happy Horse” and related marks), is owned by xiaoyisoft and its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws. You receive only the limited licence described in the EULA. If you submit feedback or ideas about the Game, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation.
6. Availability and changes
We provide the Game “as is” and “as available”. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Game (or any part of it, including events and features) at any time, including for maintenance or balancing. We are not liable for loss of gameplay time or virtual items caused by downtime, except as required by law.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, and xiaoyisoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the Game is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 20. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time (optionally requesting account deletion — see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Game.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced in the Game or on this site. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
